Aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9j\u00e0, le logement, les budgets publics et les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019int\u00e9gration sont soumis \u00e0 de fortes pressions. Mettre en place de nouveaux programmes sans concepts viables en mati\u00e8re de financement, d\u2019int\u00e9gration et de retour est irresponsable. \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ENS pr\u00f4ne une politique migratoire fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit : une distinction claire entre asile et migration, le retour syst\u00e9matique des personnes tenues de quitter le territoire, l\u2019absence de programmes d\u2019admission suppl\u00e9mentaires, et une aide sur le terrain plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une r\u00e9installation permanente.
