Algusest peale oli selge, et selline kava kujutaks endast p\u00f5hi\u00f5iguste harta artiklite 7 ja 8 ning Euroopa inim\u00f5iguste konventsiooni artikli 8 jultunud rikkumist. Isegi ELi N\u00f5ukogu \u00f5igusteenistus hoiatas kodanike eraelu massilise rikkumise eest ja pidas seda p\u00f5hi\u00f5iguste rikkumiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Seet\u00f5ttu oli AfD ja kogu ESN-fraktsiooni poolt tugev parlamentaarne vastuseis. Koosk\u00f5las laialdase avaliku protestiga oleme otsustavalt v\u00f5idelnud selle eest, et inimeste p\u00f5hivabadusi ei ohverdataks tsentraliseeritud Euroopa kontrollimehhanismile. T\u00e4nane liiduv\u00e4litsuse kursimuutus on nii kodanike kui ka parlamendiliikmete j\u00e4rjekindlate pingutuste tulemus.
