Kui tulemus oleks olnud 34\u201334, oleks tekst tagasi l\u00fckatud; seet\u00f5ttu olid ESNi kolm h\u00e4\u00e4lt otsustavad ja m\u00e4\u00e4ravad.<\/p>\n<p>ESN-i poolt h\u00e4\u00e4letasid Euroopa
