He is a substitute member of the Committee on Budgets and of delegations covering the Mashreq countries and the Union for the Mediterranean.\r\n\r\nA lawyer, academic teacher and former member of the Polish Sejm, he previously served as Deputy Marshal of the Sejm. In the European Parliament, his work focuses on institutional reform, electoral law, national sovereignty and budgetary questions.
