Por ello, junto con el Parlamento Europeo, instamos a la Comisi\u00f3n a que adopte medidas para garantizar que la Rep\u00fablica Federal de Alemania cumpla con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente de la UE y deje de infringir los criterios de Maastricht.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si el Parlamento Europeo desea mantener su credibilidad a la hora de defender las normas y leyes europeas, nuestra resoluci\u00f3n debe tomarse en serio y negociarse por encima de las divisiones partidistas.
