Los fondos est\u00e1n destinados a apoyar las reformas, la reconstrucci\u00f3n y las estructuras administrativas de la regi\u00f3n, en particular en Cisjordania y la Franja de Gaza. La UE hace hincapi\u00e9 en que la ayuda est\u00e1 condicionada a la voluntad de llevar a cabo reformas, aunque no se han especificado condiciones concretas. Al respecto, Alexander Jungbluth, eurodiputado del grupo ESN, afirma:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCorrupci\u00f3n generalizada, una administraci\u00f3n que apenas funciona y zonas controladas en parte por el grupo islamista radical Ham\u00e1s: ah\u00ed es donde la UE quiere destinar 1 600 millones de euros del dinero de los contribuyentes europeos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Resulta casi imposible supervisar o incluso hacer un seguimiento transparente de c\u00f3mo se utilizar\u00e1 realmente el dinero. Aunque la UE habla de reformas necesarias, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de eso todo sigue siendo vago. Como norma general, la ayuda a pa\u00edses extranjeros deber\u00eda estar siempre vinculada al concepto de remigraci\u00f3n \u2014en este caso, el retorno de palestinos delincuentes y susceptibles de ser deportados desde Europa\u2014. \u00a1Eso s\u00ed que ser\u00eda de ayuda para Europa!\u201d.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The EU has approved an aid package worth 1.6 billion euros for the Palestinian Authority.
