Las investigaciones se basan en acusaciones respecto a las cuales, a pesar de haberse llevado a cabo 21 registros domiciliarios, no se ha presentado hasta la fecha ninguna prueba cre\u00edble. La delegaci\u00f3n de la AfD considera que el proceso tiene motivaciones pol\u00edticas y lo ve como un intento de desacreditar a un pol\u00edtico comprometido con Europa. A este respecto, el propio eurodiputado del Grupo ESN, Petr Bystron, declara:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa retirada prevista de mi inmunidad no es un procedimiento conforme al Estado de derecho, sino una maniobra pol\u00edtica selectiva. El hecho de que 21 registros no hayan arrojado ni una sola prueba sustancial ilustra lo infundadas que son las acusaciones. Estamos siendo testigos de una campa\u00f1a coordinada para criminalizar mis opiniones en favor de la paz. Mientras que en EE. UU., bajo el mandato del presidente Trump, se est\u00e1n descubriendo y restringiendo redes de desestabilizaci\u00f3n como la USAID, la UE participa activamente en la persecuci\u00f3n de las voces de la oposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda no deber\u00eda investigar a las v\u00edctimas de esta campa\u00f1a, sino a sus autores intelectuales. Defiendo la paz, la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y un poder judicial independiente.
