Como consecuencia, estos dos organismos de control, que antes eran independientes, est\u00e1n perdiendo de hecho su eficacia. A pesar de las repetidas advertencias, est\u00e1 previsto que la Uni\u00f3n Europea y Alemania transfieran m\u00e1s miles de millones a Ucrania en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Jungbluth, portavoz de pol\u00edtica presupuestaria del Grupo ESN en el Parlamento Europeo, explica:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa ley de hoy supone el fracaso de todas las promesas anticorrupci\u00f3n de Kiev. Cualquiera que siga desviando el dinero de los contribuyentes est\u00e1 alimentando un sistema que est\u00e1 desmantelando activamente la transparencia y el Estado de derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Presionar\u00e9 en la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuestos para garantizar que no se destine ni un solo c\u00e9ntimo m\u00e1s a Ucrania hasta que la NABU y la SAP sean plenamente restablecidas y los flujos financieros sean supervisados a nivel internacional.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno federal debe seguir su ejemplo de inmediato: una congelaci\u00f3n inmediata de los pagos para todos los programas bilaterales de pr\u00e9stamos y subvenciones.
