Estas tienen por objeto, en particular, proteger el efectivo para que no sea relegado a un segundo plano, restringir las opciones de control estatal y frenar pol\u00edticamente el euro digital, siempre y cuando no sea posible detenerlo.<\/p>\n<p>El eurodiputado de la ESN, Siegbert Droese, declar\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl euro digital es un callej\u00f3n sin salida pol\u00edtico. Pone en peligro la libertad y la autodeterminaci\u00f3n. Nuestras enmiendas son un medio para detener este proyecto y defender el efectivo como m\u00e9todo de pago que salvaguarda la libertad\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rada Laykova, eurodiputada de la ESN, a\u00f1adi\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEspecialmente en pa\u00edses como Bulgaria, donde ya se est\u00e1 preparando la introducci\u00f3n del euro en contra de la voluntad de muchos ciudadanos, un euro digital supondr\u00eda un paso m\u00e1s en la direcci\u00f3n equivocada. Por eso luchamos en el Parlamento a favor del dinero en efectivo y la libertad, y en contra de nuevos instrumentos de control\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La ESN mantiene clara su postura:<\/p>\n<p>Rechazamos el euro digital.
