\u201cCon el pretexto de la simplificaci\u00f3n y la eliminaci\u00f3n de supuestos obst\u00e1culos en el mercado \u00fanico, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea lleva a\u00f1os impulsando una armonizaci\u00f3n de facto de la fiscalidad directa de las empresas. Esto socava la soberan\u00eda fiscal de los Estados miembros y restringe su capacidad para dise\u00f1ar sistemas fiscales competitivos adaptados a sus respectivas realidades. Esto supone un riesgo especial para las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, ya que se ven sometidas a una carga adicional derivada de los nuevos y complejos requisitos de la UE.
