Beides geh\u00f6rt zusammen.<\/p>\n<cite>Ko-Vorsitzende der ESN-Fraktion<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gruppe weist darauf hin, dass die Zust\u00e4ndigkeit f\u00fcr Fragen des Aufenthaltsrechts und der Staatsangeh\u00f6rigkeit weiterhin bei den nationalen Parlamenten liegt. Sie lehnt eine Umverteilung von Asylsuchenden durch verbindliche Quoten ab; stattdessen sollten Mitgliedstaaten mit stark belasteten Au\u00dfengrenzen operative und finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Vorschlag wird w\u00e4hrend der Sitzungswoche im Juni im Ausschuss f\u00fcr b\u00fcrgerliche Freiheiten, Justiz und Inneres er\u00f6rtert.
