Deshalb fordern wir gemeinsam mit dem Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament die Kommission auf, Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Bundesrepublik Deutschland das geltende EU-Recht einh\u00e4lt und die Maastricht-Kriterien nicht l\u00e4nger verletzt.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament seine Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit bei der Einhaltung europ\u00e4ischer Vorschriften und Gesetze wahren will, muss unsere Entschlie\u00dfung ernst genommen und partei\u00fcbergreifend verhandelt werden.
