Die AfD-Delegation betrachtet das Verfahren als politisch motiviert und sieht darin den Versuch, einen engagierten europ\u00e4ischen Politiker zu diskreditieren. Zu diesem Thema erkl\u00e4rt der ESN-Fraktionsabgeordnete Petr Bystron selbst:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie geplante Aufhebung meiner Immunit\u00e4t ist kein rechtsstaatliches Verfahren, sondern ein gezieltes politisches Man\u00f6ver. Die Tatsache, dass 21 Durchsuchungen keinen einzigen substanziellen Beweis erbracht haben, verdeutlicht die Grundlosigkeit der Anschuldigungen. Wir erleben eine koordinierte Kampagne zur Kriminalisierung meiner friedensorientierten Ansichten. W\u00e4hrend in den USA unter Pr\u00e4sident Trump destabilisierende Netzwerke wie USAID aufgedeckt und eingeschr\u00e4nkt werden, beteiligt sich die EU aktiv an der Verfolgung oppositioneller Stimmen.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Die Staatsanwaltschaft sollte nicht gegen die Opfer dieser Kampagne ermitteln, sondern gegen deren Drahtzieher.
