Die Ann\u00e4herung zwischen China und Indien sowie die Gr\u00fcndung der SCO-Entwicklungsbank (BRICS-Bank) sind ein wichtiger Schritt hin zu einer multipolaren Weltordnung. Deutschland und die EU geraten hinter die Weltm\u00e4chte zur\u00fcck.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Die weitere Entwicklung einer multipolaren Weltordnung hat politische, milit\u00e4rische und wirtschaftliche Auswirkungen auf Deutschland und die EU. W\u00e4hrend immer mehr Staaten ihre Zusammenarbeit ausbauen und durch neue Institutionen wie die SCO-Entwicklungsbank ihre wirtschaftliche Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit vom Westen st\u00e4rken, wird Deutschland au\u00dfen vor gelassen.
