Regime: Der Br\u00fcsseler Putsch gegen die nationalen Parlamente!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Markus Buchheit, ESN-Abgeordneter und Mitglied des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Industrie, Forschung und Energie (ITRE) des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich dazu wie folgt:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie Europ\u00e4ische Kommission spielt mit dem demokratischen Wesen Europas. Ein Rechtsrahmen, der die nationalen Parlamente umgeht, zementiert ein Europa der B\u00fcrokraten und Konzerne. Das ist kein Fortschritt, sondern ein R\u00fcckfall in technokratische Willk\u00fcr.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWas als Start-up-F\u00f6rderung verkauft wird, ist in Wahrheit ein Einfallstor f\u00fcr Steuervermeidung, Lohndumping und die Aush\u00f6hlung der Demokratie. Das geplante parallele Rechtssystem droht, die nationalen Rechtsordnungen dauerhaft zu entwerten.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie ESN-Fraktion fordert daher die sofortige Einstellung dieser Initiative und eine R\u00fcckkehr zu echten Reformen des Binnenmarktes: weniger B\u00fcrokratie, mehr Wettbewerb und die St\u00e4rkung der nationalen Verantwortung.
