\u201cUnter dem Vorwand der Vereinfachung und der Beseitigung angeblicher Hindernisse im Binnenmarkt treibt die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission seit Jahren eine De-facto-Harmonisierung der direkten Unternehmensbesteuerung voran. Dies untergr\u00e4bt die Steuerhoheit der Mitgliedstaaten und schr\u00e4nkt deren F\u00e4higkeit ein, wettbewerbsf\u00e4hige und auf ihre Standorte zugeschnittene Steuersysteme zu gestalten. Dies stellt ein besonderes Risiko f\u00fcr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen dar, da diese zus\u00e4tzlich durch neue, komplexe EU-Vorgaben belastet werden. Mehr EU-Einmischung in die Steuerpolitik bedeutet in der Praxis mehr B\u00fcrokratie, h\u00f6here Kosten sowie weniger Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t, Demokratie und unternehmerische Freiheit.
