Kollektive Unterbringungszentren sollen durch ein Wohnungsbauprogramm f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge ersetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Anja Arndt, Mitglied des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments f\u00fcr die ESN-Fraktion, erkl\u00e4rt dazu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDer Begriff \u2018Klimafl\u00fcchtling\u2019 ist v\u00f6lkerrechtlich nicht definiert. Pauschale Aufnahmeverpflichtungen in dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung w\u00fcrden den Staat und die Kommunalbeh\u00f6rden strukturell \u00fcberfordern. Bereits heute sind der Wohnungsmarkt, die \u00f6ffentlichen Haushalte und die Integrationssysteme stark belastet. Weitere Programme ohne tragf\u00e4hige Konzepte f\u00fcr Finanzierung, Integration und R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung sind unverantwortlich.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Die ESN steht f\u00fcr eine auf Rechtsstaatlichkeit basierende Migrationspolitik: eine klare Unterscheidung zwischen Asyl und Migration, die konsequente R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung von Ausreisepflichtigen, keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Aufnahmeprogramme sowie Hilfe vor Ort anstelle einer dauerhaften Neuansiedlung.
