Wohnungskrise und EU-Klimavorschriften<\/h2>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Plenardebatte zur Wohnungspolitik kritisierte das ESN scharf EU-Klimavorschriften wie die Geb\u00e4uderichtlinie und ETS2 und warnte davor, dass diese die Wohnkosten in ganz Europa in die H\u00f6he treiben. In der Stellungnahme wurde hervorgehoben, dass die Immobilienpreise bereits dramatisch gestiegen sind, und argumentiert, dass zus\u00e4tzlicher regulatorischer Druck und kostspielige Sanierungsauflagen die Gefahr bergen, den Erwerb von Wohneigentum f\u00fcr junge Europ\u00e4er noch unerschwinglicher zu machen. Das ESN forderte die Ablehnung von ETS2 und der Geb\u00e4uderichtlinie und warnte vor politischen Ma\u00dfnahmen, die B\u00fcrger und Immobilienbesitzer weiter belasten k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n

Einfachere Regeln f\u00fcr Emissionsgutschriften im Schwerlastverkehr<\/h2>\n

Das Parlament bef\u00fcrwortete eine technische Klarstellung bei der Berechnung der Emissionsgutschriften f\u00fcr schwere Nutzfahrzeuge f\u00fcr die Berichtszeitr\u00e4ume 2025\u20132029. Die \u00c4nderung vereinfacht das System, indem sie klarstellt, dass Emissionsgutschriften entstehen, wenn die Flottenemissionen eines Herstellers unter den CO\u2082-Zielwert fallen, was dem europ\u00e4ischen Verkehrssektor mehr Planungssicherheit verschafft.<\/p>\n

Debatte \u00fcber linksextreme Gewalt<\/h2>\n
