She coordinates the ENVI delegation, oversees 17 of 35 reports and opinions, and leads work on files including the Climate Law, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, the EU Deforestation Regulation, the circular economy for vehicles and simplification of industrial regulation. ESN secured a committee debate on the Nature Restoration Act, highlighting implementation costs and consequences for farmers, foresters, landowners, local authorities and rural areas.
