En lovgivning, der omg\u00e5r de nationale parlamenter, cementerer et Europa best\u00e5ende af bureaukrater og virksomheder. Det er ikke fremskridt, men et tilbageskridt til teknokratisk vilk\u00e5rlighed.\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDet, der s\u00e6lges som st\u00f8tte til start-ups, er i virkeligheden en indgang til skatteunddragelse, l\u00f8ndumping og sv\u00e6kkelse af demokratiet. Det planlagte parallelle retssystem truer med permanent at undergrave de nationale retsordener.\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cESN-Gruppen opfordrer derfor til, at dette initiativ straks standses, og at man vender tilbage til \u00e6gte reformer af det indre marked: mindre bureaukrati, mere konkurrence og styrkelse af det nationale ansvar.
