Aftalens konkrete udformning afsl\u00f8rer imidlertid betydelige mangler, is\u00e6r med hensyn til den tyske industris interesser.<\/p>\n<p>Den planlagte neds\u00e6ttelse af Australiens luksusafgift udelukkende for elbiler er en virkelighedsfjern og ensidig foranstaltning. Is\u00e6r tyske premium-producenter, som traditionelt har haft en st\u00e6rk position p\u00e5 det australske marked, stilles dermed ugunstigt og uds\u00e6ttes for ideologisk motiverede begr\u00e6nsninger. P\u00e5 baggrund af, at den tyske bileksport til Australien allerede faldt med 20 procent sidste \u00e5r, er det uklart, hvordan disse betingelser skal skabe en positiv dynamik.<\/p>\n<p>Samtidig vil den tyske leverand\u00f8rindustri st\u00e5 over for yderligere udfordringer som f\u00f8lge af fuld toldfri adgang for australske produkter, uden at der er tegn p\u00e5 en afbalanceret afstemning af interesserne.<\/p>\n<p>En frihandelsaftale m\u00e5 ikke f\u00f8re til, at visse teknologier eller fremdrivningsformer politisk begunstiges eller stilles ringere.
