{"id":2077,"date":"2026-01-28T15:51:16","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esn.gipfelstuermer-hosting-3.de\/safe-third-country-concept-adopted-in-the-libe-committee\/"},"modified":"2026-01-28T15:51:16","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:51:16","slug":"begrebet-sikkert-tredjeland-vedtaget-i-libe-udvalget","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esn-group.eu\/da\/safe-third-country-concept-adopted-in-the-libe-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Begrebet \u00bbsikkert tredjeland\u00ab vedtaget i LIBE-udvalget"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LIBE-udvalget i Europa-Parlamentet stemte den 27.1.2026 om det endelige lovforslag om \u2018konceptet om sikre tredjelande\u2019.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Dette g\u00f8r det muligt at oprette centre for tilbagesendelse af indvandrere i lande uden for EU, hvor EU-medlemsstaterne kan sende asylans\u00f8gere, hvis ans\u00f8gninger er blevet afvist.<\/p>\n<p>LIBE-udvalget m\u00e5tte bekr\u00e6fte det positive resultat af de interinstitutionelle forhandlinger mellem Parlamentet, Kommissionen og R\u00e5det om den endelige tekst.<\/p>\n<p>Bet\u00e6nkningen af Lena D\u00fcpont (EPP) om emnet blev vedtaget med et meget sn\u00e6vert flertal p\u00e5 37 stemmer for og 34 imod. Hvis resultatet havde v\u00e6ret 34 mod 34, ville teksten v\u00e6re blevet forkastet; derfor var ESN\u2019s tre stemmer afg\u00f8rende og afg\u00f8rende.<\/p>\n<p>Stemmerne for ESN blev afgivet af MEP Milan Uhrik, Republika, Slovakiet; MEP Mary Khan, AfD, Tyskland; og MEP Petr Volgin, Vazrazhdane, Bulgarien.<\/p>\n<p>Skyggeordf\u00f8rer for ESN i denne sag var MEP Ewa Zaj\u0105czkowska-Hernik,
