Zpr\u00e1va poukazuje na to, \u017ee neexistuje jasn\u00fd p\u0159ehled o tom, jak jsou tyto prost\u0159edky vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o lobbistick\u00e9 aktivity a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hodnot EU ze strany nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed. Nav\u00edc neexistuje jednotn\u00e1 definice nevl\u00e1dn\u00edch organizac\u00ed, co\u017e transparentnost je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce brzd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clenka Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu za skupinu ESN Mary Khan uv\u00e1d\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo, co zde vy\u0161lo najevo, je skand\u00e1l: levicov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b jsou financov\u00e1ny miliardami, aby prosazovaly ideologick\u00e9 c\u00edle Evropsk\u00e9 komise a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch vl\u00e1d \u2013 a to zcela mimo jakoukoli demokratickou odpov\u011bdnost.<\/p>\n<p>K p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto prost\u0159edk\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed bez jak\u00e9koli transparentnosti a v \u0159\u00e1du miliard. Evropsk\u00e1 komise se opakovan\u011b prezentuje jako mor\u00e1ln\u00ed kompas a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ost\u0159e kritizuje st\u00e1ty, kter\u00e9 se j\u00ed stav\u00ed na odpor. Skute\u010dnost je v\u0161ak zcela opa\u010dn\u00e1. Evropsk\u00e1 komise jedn\u00e1 daleko od jak\u00fdchkoli demokratick\u00fdch pravidel, jak odhaluje nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zpr\u00e1va Evropsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010detn\u00edho dvora.<\/p>\n<p>Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st skupiny ESN jsme si dali za \u00fakol odhalit tuto ba\u017einu. Zda je tento nov\u00fd skand\u00e1l pouze \u0161pi\u010dkou ledovce, teprve uvid\u00edme.
