Shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed biometrick\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed registrace v\u0161ech vstup\u016f a v\u00fdstup\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed je ji\u017e dlouho nezbytn\u00e9 k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch hrani\u010dn\u00edch kontrol, zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdskytu v\u00edce identit a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu boji proti neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed migraci.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto toho, aby v\u0161ak Komise p\u0159ijala rozhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, opakovan\u011b odkl\u00e1dala zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu o cel\u00e9 roky \u2013 naposledy v prosinci 2024, \u010d\u00edm\u017e p\u0159esunula odpov\u011bdnost na \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u00ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bylo pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no na rok 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Mezit\u00edm vstoupily miliony migrant\u016f neleg\u00e1ln\u011b, ani\u017e by byla d\u016fkladn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159ena nebo zaregistrov\u00e1na jejich toto\u017enost.
