Tuto politickou instrumentalizaci st\u00e1tn\u00edch instituc\u00ed, kterou iniciovala b\u00fdval\u00e1 ministryn\u011b vnitra Nancy Faeserov\u00e1 s c\u00edlem potrestat nelevicov\u00e9 medi\u00e1ln\u00ed akt\u00e9ry, dnes proto Spolkov\u00fd spr\u00e1vn\u00ed soud spr\u00e1vn\u011b a jednozna\u010dn\u011b zam\u00edtl.<\/p>\n<p>Zejm\u00e9na na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni, kde s\u00edl\u00ed snahy o potla\u010den\u00ed takzvan\u00e9 dezinformace a kontrolu alternativn\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed, m\u00e1 toto rozhodnut\u00ed tak\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdznam. Posiluje s\u00edly v Evropsk\u00e9m parlamentu, kter\u00e9 se energicky stav\u00ed proti roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed centralizovan\u00e9 struktury cenzury a sledov\u00e1n\u00ed. Rozmanitost n\u00e1zor\u016f nen\u00ed rizikem, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00eddit, ale z\u00e1kladem ka\u017ed\u00e9 funguj\u00edc\u00ed demokracie.
