Tato migra\u010dn\u00ed vlna vystavila Evropu tot\u00e1ln\u00edmu syst\u00e9mov\u00e9mu \u0161oku, jeho\u017e d\u016fsledky evropsk\u00e9 obyvatelstvo poci\u0165uje dodnes \u2013 od prudce vzrostl\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f a\u017e po p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1le v\u0161ak nejsou patrn\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky zm\u011bny politick\u00e9ho kurzu: \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 ochrana vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hranic st\u00e1le neexistuje; syst\u00e9m vstupu a v\u00fdstupu (EES), kter\u00fd m\u011bl zaznamen\u00e1vat v\u0161echny vstupy a v\u00fdstupy ji\u017e od roku 2022, st\u00e1le nen\u00ed pln\u011b zaveden; a dublinsk\u00e1 pravidla, podle nich\u017e maj\u00ed b\u00fdt \u017e\u00e1dosti o azyl vy\u0159izov\u00e1ny v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b v prvn\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 zemi vstupu, jsou i nad\u00e1le ignorov\u00e1na. Spolupr\u00e1ce se t\u0159et\u00edmi zem\u011bmi, jako je Turecko nebo africk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty, se uk\u00e1zala jako neefektivn\u00ed fiasko za miliardy; azylov\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pomal\u00e1 a jsou d\u00e1le blokov\u00e1na nadm\u011brn\u011b ideologick\u00fdm v\u00fdkladem \u00famluvy o lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech ze strany evropsk\u00fdch soud\u016f; a i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u00edtnut\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o azyl je ve skute\u010dnosti vyho\u0161t\u011bn m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jeden z p\u011bti neleg\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159ist\u011bhovalc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto toho, abychom rozvinuli \u010derven\u00fd koberec pro neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed masovou migraci, je nyn\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e kdy jindy zapot\u0159eb\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 politika \u2018No-Way\u2019 (\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd pr\u016fchod): ta zahrnuje z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed atraktivity \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o azyl v Evrop\u011b, do\u010dasn\u00e9 pozastaven\u00ed pr\u00e1va na azyl, z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odjezdov\u00fdch center, zah\u00e1jen\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 deporta\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u011b a instalaci fyzick\u00fdch opevn\u011bn\u00ed na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hranic\u00edch. Krom\u011b toho je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed podstatn\u00e9 pos\u00edlen\u00ed a zm\u011bna mand\u00e1tu agentury EU pro ochranu hranic Frontex, kter\u00e1 v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b funguje sp\u00ed\u0161e jako uv\u00edtac\u00ed v\u00fdbor pro neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ist\u011bhovalce, m\u00edsto aby \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b chr\u00e1nila vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hranice.
