Od sam\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00e1tku bylo z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee takov\u00fd pl\u00e1n by p\u0159edstavoval flagrantn\u00ed poru\u0161en\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f 7 a 8 Listiny z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pr\u00e1v a \u010dl\u00e1nku 8 Evropsk\u00e9 \u00famluvy o lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech. Dokonce i pr\u00e1vn\u00ed slu\u017eba Rady EU varovala p\u0159ed masivn\u00edm zasahov\u00e1n\u00edm do soukrom\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f a pova\u017eovala to za poru\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n<p>V souladu s t\u00edm se zvedl siln\u00fd parlamentn\u00ed odpor ze strany AfD a cel\u00e9 skupiny ESN. V souladu s rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi ve\u0159ejn\u00fdmi protesty jsme rozhodn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem bojovali za to, aby z\u00e1kladn\u00ed svobody lid\u00ed nebyly ob\u011btov\u00e1ny ve prosp\u011bch centralizovan\u00e9ho evropsk\u00e9ho kontroln\u00edho mechanismu. Dne\u0161n\u00ed zm\u011bna kurzu ze strany spolkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy je v\u00fdsledkem vytrval\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed jak ob\u010dan\u016f, tak poslanc\u016f.
