Zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed politika mus\u00ed b\u00fdt op\u011bt v kompetenci \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f \u2013 kde tak\u00e9 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 kontrola a odpov\u011bdnost. Kone\u010dn\u011b mus\u00edme skoncovat s centralizovan\u00fdm p\u0159erozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00edm!
