Brusel zasahuje pr\u00e1v\u011b do nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed a regulacemi vytla\u010duje z trhu mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd model spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f.
