I b\u011bhem zku\u0161ebn\u00ed f\u00e1ze doch\u00e1zelo k pravideln\u00fdm v\u00fdpadk\u016fm IT syst\u00e9m\u016f EU.<\/p>\n<p>Pod tlakem pr\u016fmyslu a konzervativn\u00edch skupin (ESN, ECR a Patriots) se nyn\u00ed poda\u0159ilo dos\u00e1hnout opravy: obchodn\u00edci v navazuj\u00edc\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce ji\u017e nemus\u00ed p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat vlastn\u00ed prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di. Tato povinnost nyn\u00ed le\u017e\u00ed pouze na provozovateli, kter\u00fd uv\u00e1d\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed na trh poprv\u00e9. Krom\u011b toho bude odlo\u017eeno datum zah\u00e1jen\u00ed platnosti: pro velk\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed podniky od 30. prosince 2026, pro mikropodniky a mal\u00e9 podniky a\u017e od poloviny roku 2027.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1vrh byl p\u0159ijat 405 hlasy pro a 242 hlasy proti. Europoslankyn\u011b za ESN Anja Arndt k tomu uvedla:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cESN a AfD splnily, co sl\u00edbily. Zabr\u00e1nili jsme tomu, aby des\u00edtky tis\u00edc podnik\u016f byly udu\u0161eny byrokraci\u00ed kv\u016fli nerealistick\u00e9mu na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU. Podniky z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010das, jistotu p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a likviditu \u2013 co\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm d\u00edky stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm cen\u00e1m.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Ale i pouh\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel na dodac\u00edch listech zp\u016fsob\u00ed v praxi obrovsk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my: u d\u0159eva, kakaa a k\u00e1vy se v dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch hromad\u00ed stovky \u010d\u00edsel, co\u017e vede k hor\u00e1m pap\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee toto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nyn\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt op\u011bt odlo\u017eeno, ukazuje na struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed Komise. Pravidla byla p\u0159ijata, ani\u017e by byla provediteln\u00e1, a ekonomick\u00e9 d\u016fsledky byly jednodu\u0161e ignorov\u00e1ny.
