To, co se prezentuje pod rou\u0161kou bezpe\u010dnosti, se p\u0159i bli\u017e\u0161\u00edm pohledu ukazuje jako politicky motivovan\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed sank\u010dn\u00edho re\u017eimu, kter\u00fd st\u00e1le v\u00edce podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed st\u00e1t a z\u00e1rove\u0148 systematicky znemo\u017e\u0148uje jak\u00fdkoli seri\u00f3zn\u00ed m\u00edrov\u00fd proces a politick\u00e9 sbl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mary Khanov\u00e1, europoslankyn\u011b za ESN a \u010dlenka V\u00fdboru pro ob\u010dansk\u00e9 svobody, spravedlnost a vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u011bci (LIBE), pokra\u010dovala:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJe velmi alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee na sank\u010dn\u00ed seznamy jsou za\u0159azov\u00e1ni nejen st\u00e1tn\u00ed akt\u00e9\u0159i, ale nyn\u00ed i analytici, akademici, b\u00fdval\u00ed voj\u00e1ci a vlivn\u00ed lid\u00e9. EU se t\u00edm vzdaluje od pluralitn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du a vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 se na nebezpe\u010dnou cestu ideologick\u00e9 politiky. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo se odchyluje od ofici\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkladu ud\u00e1lost\u00ed na Ukrajin\u011b, v NATO nebo v zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politice EU, je st\u00e1le v\u00edce vystaven riziku politick\u00e9 stigmatizace a existen\u010dn\u00edch ekonomick\u00fdch d\u016fsledk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b problematick\u00e1 je z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b v\u00e1gn\u00ed a politicky pru\u017en\u00e1 definice pojm\u016f \u2018dezinformace\u2019 a \u2018destabilizuj\u00edc\u00ed narativy\u2019. Tyto pojmy se ji\u017e d\u00e1vno staly politick\u00fdmi bojov\u00fdmi hesly, kter\u00e1 se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k delegitimizaci nev\u00edtan\u00fdch postoj\u016f a k systematick\u00e9mu uml\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed kritick\u00fdch hlas\u016f.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br Sell uvedl:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00edsto toho, aby se EU soust\u0159edila na deeskalaci, diplomacii a nez\u00e1vislou zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politiku orientovanou na evropsk\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy, d\u00e1le zost\u0159uje svou logiku konfrontace. T\u00edm nejen riskuje eskalaci v oblasti zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politiky, ale tak\u00e9 prohlubuje odcizen\u00ed velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti evropsk\u00e9ho obyvatelstva od instituc\u00ed
