Zejm\u00e9na v dob\u011b rostouc\u00ed nejistoty pot\u0159ebuje Evropa funk\u010dn\u00ed rozpo\u010det, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na to, co je skute\u010dn\u011b nezbytn\u00e9: dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed, siln\u00e9 regiony a skute\u010dnou podporu pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed podniky. M\u00edstn\u00ed samospr\u00e1vy a podniky nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt duseny st\u00e1le rostouc\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, zat\u00edmco kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 programy uv\u00edznou na mrtv\u00e9m bod\u011b.
