Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee navzdory n\u00e1r\u016fstu po\u010dtu bytov\u00fdch jednotek v cel\u00e9 EU o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 milion\u016f od roku 2010 popt\u00e1vka nad\u00e1le roste, mimo jin\u00e9 kv\u016fli demografick\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m a rostouc\u00edmu po\u010dtu dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 instituce EU uznaly, \u017ee chyb\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9 \u00fadaje o kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad skute\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det pr\u00e1zdn\u00fdch byt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Volker Schnurrbusch, poslanec Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu za skupinu ESN a n\u00e1hradn\u00ed \u010dlen ve v\u00fdboru HOUS, k tomu uv\u00e1d\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPosledn\u00ed zased\u00e1n\u00ed bez jak\u00fdchkoli p\u0159\u00edkras odhalilo, jak velmi se politika EU v oblasti bydlen\u00ed vzd\u00e1lila realit\u011b. M\u00edsto toho, aby se levicov\u00e9 skupiny zab\u00fdvaly p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami krize, nekontrolovanou migrac\u00ed, prudce rostouc\u00edmi cenami energi\u00ed a st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed regulac\u00ed pro stavitele, pronaj\u00edmatele a n\u00e1jemce, ut\u00edkaj\u00ed se do ideologick\u00fdch fantazi\u00ed o donucovac\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00edch, omezen\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho a kv\u00f3t\u00e1ch na rekrea\u010dn\u00ed domy. P\u0159esto i jejich vlastn\u00ed \u00fadaje ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 pron\u00e1jmy nejsou probl\u00e9mem a mnoho \u00fadajn\u011b \u2018pr\u00e1zdn\u00fdch\u2019 dom\u016f je bu\u010f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no pouze do\u010dasn\u011b, nebo nen\u00ed v\u016fbec prodejn\u00fdch. Tvorba politiky bez opory ve faktech krizi jen zhor\u0161uje.
