Uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee se banka st\u00e1le v\u00edce prezentuje jako \u201cklimatick\u00e1 banka\u201d, zat\u00edmco ob\u010dan\u00e9 a podniky v mnoha zem\u00edch EU trp\u00ed rostouc\u00edmi cenami elekt\u0159iny a zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edmi se \u017eivotn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Buchheit (AfD), poslanec Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu za skupinu ESN, uvedl:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 procent financov\u00e1n\u00ed z EIB nyn\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159uje do takzvan\u00fdch zelen\u00fdch projekt\u016f. To m\u016f\u017ee v Bruselu zn\u00edt dob\u0159e, ale rodin\u00e1m ani mal\u00fdm a st\u0159edn\u00edm podnik\u016fm to z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e nijak neuleh\u010duje. Zejm\u00e9na siln\u00fd d\u016fraz na v\u011btrnou energii na mo\u0159i ukazuje, jak se evropsk\u00e1 investi\u010dn\u00ed politika vych\u00fdlila z rovnov\u00e1hy.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jednotliv\u00fdch offshore projekt\u016f poskytuje EIB \u00fav\u011bry v \u0159\u00e1du stovek milion\u016f eur. Tyto projekty jsou n\u00e1kladn\u00e9, technicky velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9 a siln\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na infrastruktu\u0159e p\u0159enosov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a pov\u011btrnostn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. P\u0159esto jsou politicky prosazov\u00e1ny, i kdy\u017e skute\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba elekt\u0159iny zaost\u00e1v\u00e1 za o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi. N\u00e1klady se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed na ob\u010dany prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm cen elekt\u0159iny, poplatk\u016f za p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k s\u00edti a st\u00e1tn\u00edch z\u00e1ruk.<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco EIB hovo\u0159\u00ed o \u2018\u010dist\u00e9 a cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e9 energii\u2019, mnoho dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 prav\u00fd opak. Vysok\u00e9 ceny energie zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmy a konkurenceschopnost, ani\u017e by do\u0161lo k jak\u00e9mukoli znateln\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed v oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti dod\u00e1vek nebo cenov\u00e9 stability. Pova\u017euji za problematick\u00e9, \u017ee EIB st\u00e1le v\u00edce funguje jako politick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj Zelen\u00e9 dohody, odtr\u017een\u00fd od ka\u017edodenn\u00ed reality lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kriticky se stav\u00edm k modelu financov\u00e1n\u00ed banky: rizika jsou socializov\u00e1na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm z\u00e1ruk z rozpo\u010dtu EU, zat\u00edmco soukrom\u00ed investo\u0159i t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z levn\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f. Pokud projekty sel\u017eou nebo nespln\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zodpov\u011bdnost nakonec ponesou da\u0148ov\u00ed poplatn\u00edci.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>AfD vol\u00e1 po z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b orientace politiky EIB. Investice by se m\u011bly op\u011bt \u0159\u00eddit z\u00e1sadami zabezpe\u010den\u00ed dod\u00e1vek, cenov\u00e9 dostupnosti a hmatateln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f pro ob\u010dany.
