To vyslalo jasn\u00fd sign\u00e1l: opat\u0159en\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na ochranu d\u011bt\u00ed nesm\u011bj\u00ed v\u00e9st k nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9mu zasahov\u00e1n\u00ed do soukrom\u00e9 komunikace.<\/p>\n

Prozat\u00edmn\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed platn\u00e9 od roku 2021 umo\u017e\u0148uje spole\u010dnostem dobrovoln\u011b a automaticky prov\u011b\u0159ovat digit\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci na p\u0159\u00edtomnost materi\u00e1lu zobrazuj\u00edc\u00edho sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed. Tento mechanismus se \u010dasto ozna\u010duje jako \u201cdobrovoln\u00e1 kontrola chat\u016f\u201d. I kdy\u017e je z\u00e1sah do soukrom\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v r\u00e1mci dalekos\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f Evropsk\u00e9 komise na povinnou kontrolu chat\u016f, proto\u017ee byla prok\u00e1z\u00e1na vysok\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 technick\u00e9 spolehlivosti, st\u00e1le m\u00e1me z\u00e1sadn\u00ed obavy.<\/p>\n

AfD se jasn\u011b zav\u00e1zala k rozhodn\u00e9mu postupu proti zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je v\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, aby opat\u0159en\u00ed proti z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm trestn\u00fdm \u010din\u016fm nevedla k postupn\u00e9mu omezov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch svobod. Zejm\u00e9na \u0161ifrov\u00e1n\u00ed typu end-to-end je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm pil\u00ed\u0159em IT bezpe\u010dnosti, ochrany \u00fadaj\u016f a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed d\u016fv\u011brn\u00e9 komunikace, a to jak pro ob\u010dany, tak pro podniky, novin\u00e1\u0159e a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n

B\u011bhem hlasov\u00e1n\u00ed se nepoda\u0159ilo zajistit v\u011bt\u0161inu pro pozm\u011b\u0148ovac\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy, kter\u00e9 by zaru\u010dily jasnou a pr\u00e1vn\u011b podlo\u017eenou ochranu \u0161ifrov\u00e1n\u00ed typu end-to-end. Z na\u0161eho pohledu tak z\u016fstala nespln\u011bna z\u00e1sadn\u00ed podm\u00ednka pro vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Mary Khan, poslankyn\u011b Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu za skupinu ESN a delegaci AfD v Evropsk\u00e9m parlamentu, uvedla:<\/p>\n

\u201cOchrana d\u011bt\u00ed a ochrana soukrom\u00ed si navz\u00e1jem neodporuj\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebujeme \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed proti zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, av\u0161ak s jasn\u00fdmi a z\u00e1vazn\u00fdmi z\u00e1rukami digit\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pr\u00e1v.\u201d<\/p>\n

AfD se do t\u00e9to debaty zapoj\u00ed a bude pracovat na \u0159e\u0161en\u00edch, kter\u00e1 zajist\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnou ochranu d\u011bt\u00ed, ani\u017e by d\u016fv\u011brn\u00e1 komunikace byla vystavena v\u0161eobecn\u00e9mu podez\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n
